About Noteworthy Music

It seems there are more and more people who enjoy music so much that they want to learn more about it; whether it's learning a few basic chords on the guitar, singing with proper technique, or even writing there own songs and learning about marketable song structures, potential musicians and accomplished musicians alike find themselves wanting to learn and apply what they learn to a sound they can produce.

Private lessons create that opportunity. Currently, there are two kinds of lessons available, classical and "street" lessons. Classical music lessons have seemed to miss the mark with popular culture leaving a lot of students frustrated and unmotivated. "Street" lessons, the other option found in local music shops, are frequently ill equipped to provide proper technical instruction that classically trained instructors can offer. These thoughts do not even touch on the obvious inconvenience of having to travel to these places yourself, spending more of your time and money to travel to get instruction in a place you may not be entirely comfortable in, or instruction that does align with what you really want to do.

Noteworthy Music provides private instruction the remedies all of the above. Our trained instructors come from University settings both from the United States and from England. While we are well trained in classical music, technique and music theory, we have a passion to teach those proper skills we learned through the music that YOU listen to. Whether you are into Bach and Mozart or AC/DC and Hannah Montana, our well trained instructors will teach you with the music you listen to. We are passionate about the music you want to learn, and we'll come right to your door! No travel, no intimidation of the music shops, no up selling from the instructor or salesmen in the shops; your home, your time, your music taught to you right at your door!
